UnionMain Homes offers design in new planned community of Celina

The Dallas Builders Association’s Home of the Week is the Mason Design of UnionMain Homes in Cambridge Crossing, Celina’s newest planned community. Located in Coventry 2009, the 2,786 square foot residence offers luxury finishes and is available for a visit now. The house is listed at $ 652,800 and will be ready to move in by December.

The versatile floor plan includes an optional second floor, four bedrooms, 3½ baths, and a three-car tandem garage. The fireplace has a tray ceiling and leads into a large room with a 10 foot ceiling and an open concept kitchen with a walk-in pantry, gas stove and plenty of cabinetry. An upgraded fireplace in the family room showcases the open concept design and overlooks the views of the waterfront outdoor living.

The master suite offers a custom spa bathroom with tiled floors, a modern freestanding tub and a large closet that connects to the utility room. Although this home is structurally complete, it offers an optional media room, games room and guest suite.

“Whether you’re a first-time home buyer or just looking for more room to breathe, the Mason floor plan is a great first step to achieving an easier, more carefree home life,” said said Diane Kurth, Business Advisor at Cambridge Crossing.

UnionMain Homes offers six flexible models priced from $ 562,990 to $ 654,990 at Cambridge Crossing. Each design exceeds the National Energy STAR ratings of version 3.1.

Cambridge Crossing’s resort-style amenities include lap and resort pools, basketball / pickleball courts, and two amenity centers. Set amid 8 miles of well-stocked trails, seven lakes and fishing ponds, the future 6,700 square foot clubhouse will feature a state-of-the-art fitness center, relaxation areas and events .

Cambridge Crossing students can attend Celina Schools. An elementary school is expected to open in the community in the fall of 2023. The Dallas North toll highway is being extended north to facilitate travel in the future.
