Pierce Brosnan’s Doctor Fate costume is a CGI creation



Pierce Brosnan will be wearing a motion capture suit for Black Adam, as his character, Doctor Fate’s costume will be fully digital.

Black adam Actor Pierce Brosnan has revealed he will wear a digital costume to play the character of Doctor Fate.

Twitter account Updates from Black Adam shared a video from People in which Brosnan said: “It’s such a big movie that the schedule changes … I have to put on the motion capture suit …” Brosnan mentioned that it was difficult to get into the capture suit of movement, his experience as an actor in the theater was useful.

Having made his first appearance in More fun comics # 55 in May 1940, Doctor Fate has been a staple in the DC Comics lore for decades and was also a founding member of the Justice Society of America. This ubiquity had led Doctor Fate to appear in a variety of animated TV shows and even the Live TV program. Doctor Fate will be one of several Justice Society of America devices appearing in Black adam. Directed by Jaume Collet Serra, Black adam stars Dwayne Johnson, Noah Centineo, Aldis Hodge, Quintessa Swindell, Pierce Brosnan, Marwan Kenzari, Sarah Shahi, James Cusati-Moyer and Bodhi Sabongui. The film hits theaters on July 29, 2022.
