Lenovo Yoga Pad Pro with HDMI input, unique teased stand design



Lenovo Yoga Pad Pro is being touted by the company as an upcoming tablet that doubles as a portable display. Lenovo shared a few posters for the Yoga Pad Pro on the Chinese microblogging website Weibo, hinting at some of its functions as well as the unique design of its stand. The Yoga Pad Pro supports the stylus with 4096 levels of pressure sensitivity and has slim bezels on three sides. As of yet, the company has not shared a release date for the Yoga Pad Pro.

Through a series of posts on Weibo, Lenovo teased its next tablet that has a few different uses thanks to its unique stand design and HDMI port. The Yoga Pad Pro has a slim profile overall with a thick rounded bar at the bottom. This bar houses the HDMI port which, according to one of Lenovo’s articles, allows the tablet to be used as a display for games or expand your configuration. This makes the tablet quite versatile.

There is also a slim stand on the back which can be used to support the Yoga Pad Pro from different angles and in one of the poles, Lenovo shows that it can be used for hang the tablet for use in the kitchen or in other similar scenarios. The tablet can also be used for drawing, as it supports a new, smaller stylus with 4096 levels of pressure sensitivity. There are three ports on the right side, one of which is the HDMI in port.

As of yet, Lenovo has not shared any information on the release date, price, or availability of the Yoga Pad Pro. It will first be unveiled in China and at this point it is not known whether the company will market the tablet in other markets.
