The Batsheva Dance Company’s annual Deca Dance, the outdoor performances of its youth ensemble, are back on the calendar.
The three 60-minute outdoor shows are presented on May 24 for Tel Aviv digital card holders and on May 25 and 26 for all audiences, at Ganei Yehoshua’s Wohl Amphitheater in Tel Aviv.
The performances are an opportunity for all of the company’s young people to celebrate its repertoire, choreographer Ohad Naharin said in a statement.
“It’s like a play space where they can add or take creations, build on the works,” Naharin said. “It allows them to be who they are and to create something new.”
