California’s reopening means festivals, fairs and fireworks are returning, including the July 4th celebrations. Here is just a sample.

Parade and celebration of July 4 in Antioch: 8 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. Enjoy live entertainment, food and drink, arts and crafts, and an auto show. Pancake breakfast, 8 am-10am, town hall parking lot. Celebrate Concorde: 7:00 p.m. Doors open, Concord Pavilion, 2000 Kirker Pass Road, Concord. This drive-in style event will feature Pyro Spectaculars’ award-winning fireworks show, which begins at nightfall, to music. $ 25 per vehicle. www.concordjuly4th.com
